ALVIN Cutting Mats
Alvin cutting mats are made of a unique composite material, providing a non-stick, non-marring surface with 1-inch grid lines and 1/4" graduations on the base and left-hand vertical edges. 2mm thick and self-healing on both sides. Cutting mat can be used as a desk blotter or work surface; it literally heals itself when cut.• The green non-glare surface is impervious to cuts, abrasions and liquid spills and will not dull blade.
• The black matte finish, with grey on reverse side -- two mats in one -- provides an excellent background for precise cutting.
• Translucent mats provide a reversible cutting surface for lightboxes, as well as tabletops.
When not in use for cutting, the mat's resilient surface is especially suitable for writing with a ballpoint pen or other instrument that requires positive contact to paper, etc. Even the writing action of a fine-point pen is not influenced by previous cutting lines.
